PAINTING PROJECT UPDATE - PAINTERS WILL START ON MONDAY 6/26/17!
PLEASE remove, move or prune all plants and stuff on or around the fences, hanging over the fences or closer than 18” from the buildings and fences. Especially those items in your patio and front step area. You will need to remove anything that is attached to the fences like birdhouses, hose hangers, planters, mesh or wire fencing and some lattice (if it doesn’t allow access for the painters).
The painters will first power wash the wood surfaces and may use a mild bleach solution. This solution might harm those plants and items that are not put in a safe area by all of us.
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. After all, none of us wants to use our HOA funds to pay painters to move a resident’s plants and stuff when they could be painting!

EEE PAINTING PROJECT – Work begins 6/26/17
Painters will be cleaning, repairing and painting the white fences and all wood trim (soffits, fascia, around doors and windows) on the exterior of the condos, inside the back patios and around our front steps. They will NOT be doing any work inside or on the sunrooms/enclosures.
PREPARATION REQUIRED by owners:
By 6/26/17, all plants, planters, furniture, yard art and any other items need to be moved so there is 18” of clearance from the condos and both sides of the white fences to allow the painters access to do their job.
We encourage you to get help from friends, family, neighbors or hired help if you have a lot of stuff to be moved, pruned or dug up.
Since these trees need hand pruning, you will see volunteers pruning Japanese maples in the common area that need to be pruned for the painting project. If you prefer to prune Japanese maples near your condo by 6/20/17, please let Barbara McCanne know.
ADDITIONAL YARD DEBRIS PICK-UP (available until 6/30/17)
The HOA Board recognizes that there will be a lot more yard debris in the month of June in preparation for this painting project and has agreed to assist residents and our landscaping company by doing some additional yard debris pick-ups.
This service will only be available until 6/30/17. Please put your yard debris (no dirt, please) out on the grass by the street sidewalks, and it will be picked up on a regular basis.
